The Project

With nearly five decades of business under its belt, BBE has seen its fair share of growth since its inception in 1977. However, in recent years BBE has encountered a challenge familiar to many evolving enterprises—a lack of cohesive brand identity. Recognizing the need to modernize their customer experience and make significant strides in the market, BBE enlisted our services at KEEN to audit their brand and make an actionable rollout plan for a new, cohesive marketing strategy.

A pivotal aspect of the transformation was consolidating multiple sub-brands under one unified BBE brand identity. We meticulously redesigned the visual identity, conducting mood boarding and presenting multiple concepts to breathe new life into the brand. Strategic renaming and messaging adjustments aimed to better communicate BBE’s strengths and international direction. Furthermore, we facilitated the creation of an online branding portal for easy access to assets and collaborated on updating collateral and swag to reflect the refreshed brand essence. Recognizing the importance of internal alignment, we produced introductory videos to garner staff buy-in and created assets for effective internal communication and training. From email templates to office decor, every detail was crafted to ensure that the internal team embraced the brand transformation. A crucial touchpoint for brand visibility, we overhauled BBE’s website to align with the new branding and messaging. Collaborating closely with the client’s vendors, we ensured consistency across platforms and optimized the site for enhanced user experience and search engine visibility. The culmination of our efforts was a grand launch event, meticulously orchestrated to unveil the revitalized BBE brand to the world. From designing swag to crafting announcement messaging, every element was carefully curated to showcase BBE’s renewed energy and vision.
